Lyra Bryan must step out of her strawberry perfume life and save her colony and a hot alien at all costs in Aubrie Dionne's Alliance The third book in the Paradise Reclaimed series this novel picks up where Reconnaissance left off but with Lyra telling the story Lyra is a sweet girl although she seems a little bit of a space head at the start I love how she grows as a character Asteran the handsome alien from Priavenus has such a sad story and his plight tugged on my heartstrings This fast paced read sent me to the planet Paradise 21 and across the universe with Dionne's lyrical prose And the alien arachnids still give me nightmares Although I would've liked to know of what happened to the characters at the end Alliance by Aubrie Dionne is a wonderful addition to the Paradise Reclaimed series and I recommend it to anyone who loves sweet sci fi romance

“Saving him meant saving her colony” Lyra Bryan has been saving people her whole life from a chick in the ventilation pipes to her mentally ill brother when his mind drifts back to Old Earth She meets her match when she finds a gorgeous. Alliance is the weakest of the three novels in this series The main character's huge infatuation over someone she hardly knows got annoying Her guilt feelings over everything got annoying as well I really couldn't decide whether to give this 25 stars or 3 I was generous and gave it 3 Overall I liked this series ok It is light sci fi written for young adults that of course focuses a lot on romance I do kind of get tired of the man destroying the earth with their carelessness theme a lot of these sci fi books have Can we think of some other reason to leave the earth If you are looking for deep sci fi or something new look elsewhere

Alliance Paradise Reclaimed #3He alien man and will do anything in his power to break them apart While they travel to the arachnid’s home world to defeat the mother brain once and for all they must set aside their differences and work as a team But can Tauren be truste. Aubrie Dionne is becoming one of those authors that I cannot say no to Her books are phenomenal The third in her Paradise reclaimed series was just as good as her first two And the great thing about this series is that you really do not have to read the first two although it would give you a heck of a lot of background information but you do not HAVE TO Aubrie does an outstanding job of reminding the reader of the past events but not to a point where the story gets boring just to a point where my memory is jogged and then she moves right alongAnd speaking of moving along this book picks up seriously right after they escaped from the horrific spider aliens The main characters are still reeling from the affects of that escape and awards are still being given out More importantly an alien that was trapped on that spaceship was rescued and has just woken upThis is just the beginning of this book I was already completely enthralled and couldn't wait to find out what Aubrie had in store this time All of her stories are filled with horror and some tragedy but the characters always come out in the end better than when they startedWe also get to see arachnids which I positively love This is like Alien in book form so fantastically written that I felt like I could imagine them And since I'm a lover of spiders this was fabulous for meThe ending seemed maybe a little cut off this time I still have some uestions where in her first two it seemed that although they ended on cliff hangers I felt most of my uestions were answered This one seemed like it left some things unanswered on purpose But being a huge fan of Aubrie's I'm kind of hoping that was the point and we're going to get a book fourAbsolutely recommended for anyone who enjoys a bit of dystopian although it doesn't seem that bad with some sci fi horror and a touch of romance
